This is an annual festival in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia, and I’ve been asked to participate as one of the two children’s writers, along with Frieda Wishinsky. It was really fun! A truly wonderful group of volunteers and committee members. A gorgeous setting. Sunshine. Sunshine. Sunshine. And books. And readers of books.
What more can I ask?
I read and did a workshop (How Not to be Boring – I hope I succeeded) on the Saturday morning; then in the afternoon had the chance to hear the adult readers, and to meet them at meals organized by the committee members.
