  • Your book was fantastic! I say was, because I started reading it last night and finished it! I hope your publisher gets the next one out soon because I want to read more! What a great job bringing everybody to life!

Thanks for writing this – and all the Canadian references were the best! Even simple things like loonies and toonies! I can’t wait for all my kids to read it!

      Hi Rachael,
I’m so glad you liked Nine Lives! And you are indeed a great reader. I’ve heard about Erin Hunter’s books, although I haven’t read them yet.
Chapters could order the book if you wanted it.
Yes, there’s a sequel, published in Oct 2009, called “The Present Tense of Prinny Murphy” – it’s Prinny’s ongoing story told through her eyes; Travis and Hector and Hud are all in it, as well as some new characters – and yes, the cats are in it too…so read on!
      Best wishes,
      Jill
